The RX DI, named winner of the “Enviro-Musclecraft

for 2001, married an industry first in low-emission technology
with brilliant innovation, performance, and superior design.
The RX DI combines the 1000 series Rotax marine engine,
with Orbital Direct Injection technology for precise
throttle control, amazing power delivery, and a quick,
chokeless start, allowing an up to 37% increase in fuel
efficiencies1, and delivering an up to 75% reduction
in exhaust emissions2 . New and improved in 2002, the
RX DI has lowered the fuel octane requirement from 91
to 87 and increased the fuel efficiency level by 23%
over the 2001 engines, thereby saving you money.
The RX, a brilliant tribute to the American muscle
car, has also walked away with a top award, the Personal
Watercraft Illustrated “Musclecraft Shootout 2001.”
The carbureted RX combines striking design, faultless
ergonomics, and a demeanor that exudes power. Both watercraft
