to securely carrying multiple wakeboards, wakeskates, or skis
on a watercraft.

| The industry-first ballast
system on the 2008
Sea-Doo® WAKE 215 and WAKE 155
redefines wakeboarding for PWCs. It allows
the rider to add up to 90 kg / 200 lb of
additional weight to the rear swim platform for greater "pop"
when launching off the wake.
This gives the boarder more height, making it
easier to jump wake-to-wake and do more
advanced maneuvers. A firmer wake also gives wakeskaters a
better platform for technical tricks. The WAKE ballast system
uses water pressure from the watercraft's pump to conveniently
fill the ballast tanks in about two minutes, while a clever
quick-connect feature allows the tanks to be easily removed
when not in use. The ballast system also features a large
non-skid surface and footrests for rearfacing spotter. A board
can be easily carried to and from the ride site on the integrated
rack, while an optional second board rack can also be added.
Ballast System can be retrofitted on 2002 and later GTX, RXT,
and WAKE watercraft. |
